Bidfood are excited to launch the new online ordering site, myBidfood, to our valued customers from 2 October 2017.
myBidfood not only brings a contemporary look, but is packed full of innovative features, tools and resources specifically designed to make the process of ordering and streamlining business processes even easier for you.
myBidfood can be accessed via the ‘Online ordering’ button on bidfood.com.au or by following the prompts on bidvestdirect.com.au (existing users).
If you are a current Bidvest Direct user, your existing login details can be used to access myBidfood and all your information and history will be automatically carried across to the new site. Please note, passwords on myBidfood are case sensitive.
There will be a transition period to allow Bidvest Direct users to make the switch to myBidfood. Existing users can continue to access Bidvest Direct until 29 October. However, we encourage you to make the move to myBidfood and start taking advantage of all the new features from today.
While myBidfood has been designed to be user-friendly and easy to navigate, a series of ‘how to’ videos are available on the site to assist you in taking advantage of all the new features it offers.
Please note, the mobile app is unaffected by these changes.
