This year has been particularly tough for our Australian farmers due to heart breaking drought conditions and, more recently, catastrophic bush fires that have caused further devastation.
The farming community is an integral part of Bidfood’s day-to-day business. So, we are pleased to announce that this Christmas we are giving back to our farmers.
Through Rural Aid’s Buy a Bale campaign, Bidfood has today donated a bale of hay on behalf of each of its team members.
This is a donation of $45,680 or 2,284 bales of hay provided directly to Australian farmers.
We hope this makes a big difference in assisting these families in need.
