1. Cappuccino Martini
This is a rich, creamy martini based on Ambra’s very popular Cappuccino Liqueur.
A little tip. Make the espresso ahead of time, chill and store in a sealed container in the fridge.
Ingredients:
- 30ml vodka
- 45ml Ambra Cappuccino Liqueur (180611)
- 30ml espresso
- 30ml fresh milk
- handful of ice
In a cocktail shaker combine all ingredients. Shake vigorously and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a couple of coffee beans and serve.


2. Almond Sour
A cocktail for those with a mature palate based on Ambra’s very adult Almond Liqueur.
Ingredients:
- 45ml Ambra Almond Liqueur (180606)
- 15ml vanilla vodka
- 30ml lemon juice
- 1 x egg white
- handful of ice
In a cocktail shaker combine all ingredients. Shake vigorously until the contents thicken. Pour into the glass and garnish with a slice of dehydrated lime.
3. Blood Orange Fizz Jug
Fresh and fruity on a warm spring day, this drink is best served in a jug ready to be shared. It is based on Ambra’s popular Blood Orange Liqueur and topped with tonic and blood orange soda.
Ingredients:
- 180ml Ambra Blood Orange Liqueur (189038)
- 500ml blood orange soda
- 100ml soda water
Take a 1500ml jug and fill it one quarter with ice. Pour over all ingredients and stir well. Garnish with wedges of blood orange and sprigs of rosemary.


4. Jaffa Martini
This cocktail is a play on the popular confectionary and is based on the Ambra Chocolate Orange Liqueur. A premium creamy chocolate orange liqueur inspired by an authentic Italian family recipe passed down through generations.
Ingredients:
- 60ml Ambra Chocolate Orange Liqueur (180558)
- 10ml vanilla vodka
- 30ml fresh pouring cream
- 30ml fresh milk
- handful of ice
In a cocktail shaker combine all ingredients. Shake vigorously and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a dusting of cocoa and orange rind.
