Breakfast trifle with yoghurt and muesli

A rich, creamy and delicious yoghurt made from fresh, 100% natural European full fat milk. Its smooth and extra thick texture makes it perfect to have on its own or mix with fresh berries and muesli for an easy and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2L Emborg Plain Yoghurt (201656)
  • 400g fresh blueberries
  • 100g sugar
  • 200g almonds
  • 5 cups seeds & grains
    (pumpkin seeds, flax seed,
    oat flakes)

Method

1. To start

Combine the yoghurt, blueberries and sugar in a bowl. Toast the almonds in a dry pan. 

2. To build the trifle

In a serving cup or bowl, add a base of yoghurt mix then a layer of seeds then top with the yoghurt mix again. 

3. To serve

Top off with a few seeds and grains, almonds and extra blueberries.
