100ml tomato passata
2 tbsp chopped basil leaves
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 x 27-30cm pizza base
250g Caboolture Mozzarella Cheese (68540)
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
Extra virgin olive oil, drizzle
To serve:
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh basil leaves
Method
1. Sauce
Mix passata, chopped basil and garlic together, then season to taste.
2. Assemble
Smooth sauce over the base, then scatter the Caboolture Mozzarella and cherry tomatoes on top. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
3. Cook
Place pizza on a preheated stone or tray and bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
4. To serve
Serve with a little more olive oil and basil leaves.
