Granola yoghurt tart

Try these delicious and easy granola tarts with yogurt and berries as a delicious breakfast or healthy dessert! 








  • 2 bananas
  • ⅓ cup of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of almond extract
  • 1 ¼ cup of rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Emborg Plain Yoghurt (201656)
  • Fresh blueberries, to serve


1. To start

Mash two bananas in a bowl. Add in the honey and almond extract into the bowl and mix well. 

2. To mix

In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats, cinnamon and salt together. Add in the banana mixture and mix well.

3. To make the tarts

Transfer mixture into a muffin tin tray and press it down in the mould to form the tart base. Chill tarts for 1-2 hours before baking for 10-12 minutes at 180°C. Leave tarts to cool for 10-20 minutes. 

4. To serve

Scoop a spoonful of Emborg Plain Yoghurt and top it off with some fresh blueberries (or other berries of your choice).
