The range, which is delivered frozen nationwide, includes Meatballs with Napoli Sauce, Meatballs with Massaman Sauce and Savoury Mince.

A classic Italian favourite with a sous vide twist, the Meatballs with Napoli Sauce (214881) combine perfectly seasoned minced meat with a tangy and flavourful tomato sauce. The slow-cooking process ensures that each meatball is tender and perfect for a classic meatball sub or timeless spaghetti and meatballs.

Delight your customer’s taste buds with their Meatballs with Massaman Sauce (214880). The sous vide cooking method allows the meatballs to absorb the aromatic Massaman curry flavours, resulting in a harmonious blend of textures and tastes.

Last but certainly not least, the Savoury Mince (214879) is a versatile ingredient that can elevate various dishes. Whether you’re preparing a hearty bolognese sauce, stuffed vegetables, or savory pies, the sous vide mince ensures a consistent and delicious outcome every time.
