Meat lovers cheesy pizza

  • 27-30cm pizza base

  • 250g pizza sauce

  • 50g sliced pepperoni

  • 100g streaky bacon, cooked and roughly chopped

  • 80g ham, roughly chopped

  • 100g cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 250g Caboolture Mozzarella Cheese (68540)

To serve: 

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Sprinkle of chilli flakes, optional



1. Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 250°C. Adjust temperature depending if you are using a deck, conveyor or woodfired oven.

2. Making the pizza

Place pizza base on a lined baking tray. Spread the base with sauce then top with the meats, tomatoes and a scatter of cheese.

3. Cook

Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Adjust cook time depending on if you are using a deck, conveyor or woodfired oven.

4. To serve

Place pizza on serving dish, cut into slices and top with the basil leaves and a sprinkle of chilli flakes if desired. Serve immediately.
