Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup Pascall Marshmallows, halved (39765)
  •  1 cup peanuts (leave out for nut free recipe)
  • ¾ cup glacé cherries
  • 180g Cadbury Tuscany Dark Buttons (12428)
  • 180g Cadbury Sienna Milk Buttons (21882)
  • 150g shortbread fingers, broken

Method

1. To prepare

Combine 1/3 each of the marshmallows, peanuts, cherries and set aside. 

2. To combine

Melt together the milk and dark chocolate buttons in a glass bowl over simmering water, make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Stir in the biscuits and remaining marshmallows, peanuts and cherries into the melted chocolate. 

3. To set

Spoon mixture into a lined 18cmx30cm slice pan. Gently press the reserved marshmallow mix into the top of the slice. Chill until firm and then slice into squares to serve.
