Ingredients
2 cups (180g) rolled oats
1 1/2 cups (375ml) milk
1 1/2 cups (375ml) Greek-style yoghurt, plus extra to serve
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 x 120g SPC ProVital Diced Fruits
Extra natural yoghurt, to serve
Ground cinnamon, for dusting
Method
1. Combine ingredients
Place oats, milk, yoghurt, cinnamon and honey in a bowl. Stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
2. To serve
Layer oat mixture in a small glass jar with SPC ProVital Diced Two Fruits, extra yoghurt and a dusting of cinnamon on top.
TIP: Unlike bircher muesli, which contains grated fresh apple, these overnight oats will last in the fridge for 3 days. Low fat milk or yoghurt can be substituted for full fat products.
