  • 50g (191632) Edgell Chunky Avocado Pulp
  • ½ tsp (189362) Caterers’ Choice Lemon Juice
  • 2 slices (140198) Tip Top Multigrain Sliced Bread
  • 1 tsp (66815) Western Star Unsalted Butter
  • 2 slices (22945) Mainland Light & Tasty Cheese Slices
  • 2 lettuce leaves, roughly chopped
  • 5 fresh basil leaves

Method

1. To assemble

Add lemon juice to avocado pulp and stir to combine. Spread butter over 2 slices of bread. Spread avocado mixture over the top. Place the cheese slices, lettuce and basil on top.
