School recipes: Overnight apple ‘n’ oats!

Smooth, creamy breakfast oats, topped with fresh fruit. An easy dish made the day before and ready to go for the breakfast service.

  • 2 cups (81035) Uncle Toby’s Quick Oats
  • 1 tsp (55741) Caterers’ Choice Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, grated
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups (17960) Farmers Union Greek Style Natural Yoghurt
  • 1 cup (87419) Caterers’ Choice Mixed Berries IQF
  • 2 tbsp (67122) Caterers’ Choice Banana Chips, chopped
  • 1 tbsp (185998) Caterers’ Choice Pumpkin Kernels Pepita Seeds

Method

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together. Cover tightly. Refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours. Pour into a serving bowl or individual bowls. Garnish with berries, dried banana and pepitas
