Ingredients
- 2 cups (81035) Uncle Toby’s Quick Oats
- 1 tsp (55741) Caterers’ Choice Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Granny Smith apples, grated
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cups (17960) Farmers Union Greek Style Natural Yoghurt
- 1 cup (87419) Caterers’ Choice Mixed Berries IQF
- 2 tbsp (67122) Caterers’ Choice Banana Chips, chopped
- 1 tbsp (185998) Caterers’ Choice Pumpkin Kernels Pepita Seeds
Method
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together. Cover tightly. Refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours. Pour into a serving bowl or individual bowls. Garnish with berries, dried banana and pepitas
