  • 50g (1474) Ingham’s Free Flow Cooked Diced Chicken Meat IQF
  • 1 red capsicum, chopped
  • 2 tsp (171627) Casa De Mare Gluten Free Basil Pesto
  • 1 tsp (66815) Western Star Unsalted Butter
  • 2 slices (140198) Tip Top
    Multigrain Sliced Bread

Method

1. To make the filling

Place chicken, capsicum and pesto into a bowl. Stir to combine, making sure chicken and capsicum are coated in pesto.

2. To assemble

Spread butter over 2 slices of bread and spoon pesto mixture evenly across one slice.
