  • 1 tsp (66815) Western Star Unsalted Butter
  • 2 slices (140197) Tip Top Sliced Wholemeal Bread
  • 2 tsp (115142) SPC Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 tbsp (7366) Perfect
    Italiano Ricotta Cheese
  • 50g (33911) Ingham’s
    Thinly Sliced Turkey
  • 2 lettuce leaves

Method

1. To assemble

Spread butter over 2 slices of bread. Then, on one side spread the cranberry sauce and on the other spread the ricotta. Lay the sliced turkey down and cover with the lettuce.
