  • 1 scoop (192783) Everest Blood Orange Artisan Gelato
  • (170276) Bottega Vino dei Poeti Prosecco DOC


To serve

  • Pink fairy floss
  • Edible pink rose petals

Method

1. Make the base

Place the blood orange sorbet into a short glass or Champagne coupe. 

2. Add some fizz

Top up with prosecco, fairy floss and sprinkle with rose petals.
