Request NSW Government Nutrition Manual and Guides

One of the main nutrition challenges facing older Australians today is ensuring they are eating enough nourishing food. Eating enough means being able to maintain a healthy weight and even having a little extra weight in reserve for times of illness or stress. In partnership with Central Coast Health, NSW Government, we’re able to provide a practical guidebook on nutrition and food service for aged care facilities in Australia. This reader-friendly manual is easy to navigate and offers comprehensive information on practical nursing and contemporary ideas of nutrition. Along with this resource, we also have an Eating Well short book, designed for older people and their carers offering simple advice on how to keep up good nutrition. Request a printed copy or digital copy below.

I would like to request the following:

Best Practice Food and Nutrition Manual for Aged Care - 2018 Edition 2.1 (200 page manual)*

The Food and Nutrition Manual for Aged Care provides appropriate, practical and helpful information for all staff of aged care homes, dietitians and those who have loved ones in care.
