Every farmer, feedlot and processing facility in our supply chain must meet our stringent specifications to ensure the best eating experience possible. We are focused on delivering responsible, reliable and consistent supply across all seasons.
As an example, Bidfood sources free range beef from New England high country clover and rye grass pastures in north eastern New South Wales. The creation of fine grain fed, grass fed beef is a unique process; it is both an art form and a science. Premium eating quality beef is dependent upon the land from which the cattle have come from, the weather and soil, the breeds of cattle, and then how the product has been graded and aged.
All of our branches operate under Food Safety Management System ISO 22000:2005, Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004 and Safety Management System AS/NZS 4801:2001, so you can be absolutely confident that all of our products adhere to the strictest safety requirements of the modern food industry.
